Water Purity Solution (WPS) is an environmental company with a sustainable approach to water savings. We are committed to implementing and maintaining quality solutions in relation to Waste Water Treatment Technology for commercial industries. With over 20 years' experience in plumbing and an intricate knowledge of Waste Water, our expertise gives us a competitive edge and a unique understanding of our clients' needs.
The Water Purity treatment system is revolutionary, leading edge technology with exceptional results across multiple sectors and industries including mining, construction, manufacturing, agriculture and municipal sewage treatment. The technology applies electrons rather than chemicals to treat any waste contaminant. This means the removal of arsenic, cyanide, heavy metals, BOD, chemicals and pathogens are removed in a fast, efficient manner and with a small footprint.
The Water Purity treatment process takes waste water and treats it to Class A quality without the use of membranes, aeration or added chemicals; therefore significantly less ongoing costs including a massive saving in labour, no system downtime due to maintenance and very low power usage. It is a revolutionary process that uses traditional techniques to achieve consistent results. Where required, we can create quality drinking water.
"In almost all cases the removed materials are in a non-leachable solid that can be dried and made suitable for landfill. Apart from the waste itself, which is usually bound in a non-leachable compound, the only other by-products are naturally occurring harmless metal oxides."
The waste stream is filtered using state of the art filters to deliver a product with suspended solids under a few microns in size. Water Purity Solution uses a Membrane Free Nano Filtration Water Treatment Technology (MEMFREE NF). So, whether you are a client with significant BOD/COD and organic matter, or you have other waste streams with different contaminants Water Purity will work for you.
In the Water Purity Solution System, the waste stream enters the system where the patented chemical reactions occur. Whilst in the system, the waste stream is cleaned of pollutants, organisms are destroyed and inorganic matter is forced out of suspension. The water then leaves the system and is available for reuse. This entire process takes between 4 minutes and one-hour, depending upon the system used, and achieves Class A quality water. For sewage and high bacteria laden waste, the water is passed to a holding tank to allow for sufficient resident contact time (in accordance with water treatment and Health Department guidelines).
